If you want to post and join in before then, then that is fine - many people will be thinking and planning from November onwards and will be looking to discuss and chat about certain things, however . . .
Each year this forum will be officially open (when the admin will be 'on duty' for questions and moderation etc) for the holiday period - 7th December to the 7th January.
This is I believe early enough to start planning your holiday food and drink, with Christmas on the 25th December the focal feast day. So come one, come all.
