GREAT BRITISH CHEFS - PLEASE READ FIRST - UPDATES AND REQUESTS

Thank you for understanding the sites remit and for following these simple guidlines:

1. The main site and forum being worked on is "Christmas Feast" it is what I am most interested in and actively expanding. The Great British Chefs Site will be expanded, in my own time, please do not make requests for uploads in the expectation of me being able to fulfill all requests. However I may be able to . . .

2. The Christmas Feast Site and Forum, because of its narrower remit in terms of topics and season ie. 7th of December to 7th of January, means I don't have to put all my time in to the sites upkeep and the forum moderation . . . it also means I can make it the best site in the world, including non-British Chefs, for this particular topic.

3. I am committed to the upkeep and expansion of the Great British Chefs site, but again at a similar pace to uploading and expansion, when I basically have the time.

4. There is some cross over of recipes on both the sites, however, they are each now developing along different lines, and as each site is expanded this cross over of recipes will become less.

5. A minority of the Videos do not come with ingredient lists or method and instructions . . . this is beacuse they are not readilly available without purchasing the Chefs book . . . as and when I find them they will also be updated. However the video does give clear indications as to how to make the dish and if it is a Chef you like I suggest you purchase the corresponding book.
